Lying under the stars at night,
In the warm night air.
Thinking of animals,
That might be near by,
Caused no hesitation,
For this nature lover.
All wrap up as in a cocoon.
Enjoying the nature God had provided.
Music playing in the background.
Of all the sounds of the woods.
Crickets, a soothing constant.
And the toad a spasmodic annoyance.
Would, could sleep possibly come?
Crickets constant and toads croaking.
Bugs flying. What just fell?
I’m relaxed. I love this.
There are no animals around.
